Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Client Director to lead a client delivery team, primarily administering fund clients and managing key client relationships. This role involves overseeing workloads, ensuring governance requirements are met, and acting as a director for client vehicles where required. Job Duties: Manage a client delivery team, overseeing workloads and ensuring key tasks are completed. Act as Client Director for key relationships and, if required, as a director for client vehicles, including POI licensees. Provide high-quality administration services to fund and corporate structures. Prepare for and attend board meetings, ensuring governance requirements are met. Oversee board meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions. Manage capital calls, distributions, and investment transactions. Liaise with professional firms, clients, and regulatory bodies as required. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain a strong network of industry contacts. Job Requirements: A minimum of 10 years’ client relationship management experience, including experience with closed-ended alternative funds. Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a team. Directorship experience with strong governance knowledge. Client onboarding and business development experience. Professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA, or similar (or working towards one). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
