Our client is seeking two Fund Administrators to join their team. These positions are open to both trainees and experienced professionals, with opportunities for school leavers who are eager to develop their careers in fund administration. The successful candidates will assist in delivering high-quality administration services to a portfolio of fund clients, including regulated, listed, and unregulated structures. Job Duties: Assist in administering a portfolio of Guernsey-domiciled funds, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Support the preparation of capital transactions, investor communications, and maintenance of investor records. Assist with company secretarial tasks, including convening board meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Provide support with client due diligence for both new and existing clients. Assist with regulatory and statutory filings, including FATCA/CRS reporting. Process banking transactions, payment instructions, and bookkeeping under supervision. Work closely with colleagues to develop technical knowledge and industry understanding. Maintain accurate timesheets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Job Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICSA, Certificate in Fund Administration). Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Sound educational background, with proficiency in English and Mathematics. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop working relationships with colleagues, clients, and intermediaries.
