Back to ResultsOur client is seeking an Administrator to support regulatory and compliance functions within the business. This role involves client due diligence, regulatory applications, and ongoing monitoring to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager and Regulated Business team to facilitate efficient client onboarding, compliance processes, and regulatory submissions. Job Duties: Conduct regulated business tasks for new and existing clients, including due diligence, investor application reviews, risk assessments, and director appointment processes. Prepare documentation for new business acceptance committee meetings and draft minutes. Perform ongoing due diligence and monitoring, including PEP and sanction reviews and annual client reviews. Respond to client queries efficiently and liaise with Client Teams to ensure due diligence reviews and requests are completed within deadlines. Draft and submit regulatory applications and forms via the GFSC online portal. Collate information for regulatory returns and submissions to the GFSC and other relevant parties. Stay up to date with statutory and regulatory changes that impact clients and internal processes. Accurately input time into the billing system on a daily basis. Perform additional duties as required to support the team and function. Job Requirements: Experience in a similar role within the finance industry. Knowledge of GFSC regulations and the AML Handbook. Compliance or AML qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Understanding of collective investment schemes and GFSC Licensee/Fund Rules. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to research and apply regulatory knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word at a beginner level. Ability to adapt to bespoke systems and online platforms. Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Commitment to delivering high standards in a client-facing role.
