This is a fantastic opportunity as Compliance Monitoring & Assurance Officer to play a key role in maintaining regulatory integrity and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Joining their Guernsey office, you'll work across departments to monitor, analyse, and enhance internal compliance procedures; keeping the firm ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities:
Supporting internal audits, KYC / AML checks, and compliance process reviews
Analysing data and stakeholder input to drive risk mitigation and technical resolutions
Reviewing and maintain policy documentation, training material, and procedure compliance
Collaborating with third-party providers and internal teams on key compliance initiatives
You’ll bring at least 12 months’ experience in AML, risk, or compliance, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder communication. A background in regulated industries or tech-led businesses is a bonus.
