Our client is seeking a Junior Trust Officer to support the administration of a diverse portfolio of trust and corporate structures. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career in trust administration, working closely with senior team members to ensure the efficient management of client structures while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Duties: Assist with the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other fiduciary structures. Prepare and process payments, distributions, and invoices as required. Maintain accurate records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and properly filed. Liaise with clients, advisors, and third parties to support the management of structures. Assist with regulatory and compliance requirements, including due diligence and KYC processes. Provide general administrative assistance to the team as needed. Job Requirements: Some experience in trust or corporate administration is desirable but not essential. A strong understanding of administrative processes and attention to detail. Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
