Our client is seeking a Fund Administrator to support the administration of a portfolio of fund-related companies, limited partnerships, and SPVs. This role involves assisting with day-to-day fund administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth fund operations and investor communications. Job Duties: Assist with the daily administration of fund structures, ensuring adherence to operational and compliance procedures. Act as a key point of contact for fund structures and investors, supporting queries and maintaining relationships. Ensure reporting, filing, and regulatory deadlines are met. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and IT systems. Perform investor KYC onboarding and periodic reviews. Assist with office administration and support senior team members in the overall management of the company. Job Requirements: A minimum of two years' experience in financial services, with a focus on fund administration. Basic knowledge of private equity fund administration. Working towards or willing to pursue a relevant professional qualification. Experience with FIS/Investran and EQ (RBSI) is desirable. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 products.
