Our client is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support the delivery of their Group Technology Service Desk function. This role involves managing service desk incidents, coordinating responses, and ensuring the sustainability of infrastructure components. The successful candidate will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain and improve IT operations. Job Duties: Process, allocate, and coordinate responses to service desk incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution. Assist with prioritisation, tracking, and escalation of service desk tickets and queues. Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and business stakeholders. Support the functionality and sustainability of infrastructure components, including hardware, software, and networks. Ensure technology processes and procedures align with professional standards and business criteria. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes and controls. Provide expert advice within technical specialisms and maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant systems. Job Requirements: A minimum of five years' experience in a technology-focused service desk role. A proven track record of delivering similar IT service capabilities. Relevant technical certifications or industry qualifications. Willingness to travel as required for the role.
