Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator to join their Private Client team in Guernsey. This role involves managing a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring excellent client service and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will take ownership of complex cases, liaise with key stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. This permanent position offers hybrid working and an opportunity to develop within a globally respected organisation. Job Duties: Administer a portfolio of trusts and companies, maintaining up-to-date and accurate client records. Liaise with lawyers, accountants, tax advisers, and banks to effectively manage private client cases. Ensure timely fee collection, debtor management, and coordination with the Accounts team for accurate financial reporting. Address compliance review points, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements, including tax filings and AEOI reporting. Provide leadership within the team by delegating tasks, offering guidance, and deputising for the Assistant Manager when required. Stay up to date with legislative changes and industry trends, sharing relevant updates with the team. Contribute to process improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and efficiency. Job Requirements: Extensive experience in a regulated finance or professional services environment. Fully or part-qualified in STEP, ICSA, or a similar professional qualification, with a commitment to ongoing development. Strong educational background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, capable of handling complex tasks efficiently. Proficiency with IT systems and a willingness to develop technical expertise. Strong client service skills, maintaining high standards of professionalism and responsiveness.
