Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Policy Servicing Administrator to join their dynamic team. The role involves providing administrative support to the Unit Linked Operations department, primarily servicing unit-linked plans and processing client data requests. The successful candidate will assist with customer policy servicing requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory, audit, and AML standards, while contributing to process improvements. Job Duties: Support the policy servicing team with client requests, including address updates, beneficiary updates, name changes, and data input of client information. Communicate effectively with customers, intermediaries, and regions via phone and email, ensuring professional interactions. Assist with the production of training materials for maintaining operational procedures. Ensure compliance with legal, audit, and AML requirements, including performing client due diligence as part of servicing events. Undertake video/security calls when necessary. Assist with the delivery of projects and initiatives as directed by line management. Perform customer reviews as part of KYC on-boarding and trigger events, ensuring adherence to AML, due diligence, and fraud control requirements. Identify amendments and update customer profiles accordingly; escalate data gaps when necessary. Consider operational alignment requirements and assist with testing of updated systems and procedures. Job Requirements: Ideally, experience in the finance industry at an administrator level. GCSE English & Maths. Understanding of regulatory requirements. Experience in a customer services environment. Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices. Tech-savvy, with experience in Microsoft 365 and Adobe.
