Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Global Compliance Services team on a full-time basis. This position can be based in Jersey, Guernsey, or the UK. You will support the business by developing and maintaining global risk policies and procedures and contributing to the compliance monitoring programme. This role involves independent research, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and the use of digital tools to enhance compliance services. You will play a key role in maintaining a strong compliance culture while receiving mentoring and development support to reach your full potential. Job Duties: Update and develop global risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with jurisdictional legal and regulatory requirements. Conduct independent research and collaborate with internal compliance, policy, and legal teams. Analyse new legal and regulatory obligations and identify opportunities to improve policies and procedures. Work with business services teams, such as Finance and HR, to ensure compliance alignment. Maintain the compliance SharePoint site and support digital enhancements of compliance processes. Participate in testing the controls included in policies through the annual Compliance Monitoring Programme. Assist with internal stakeholder enquiries and support regular compliance and business reporting. Job Requirements: Experience in client administration, compliance, risk, or operational control within a regulated financial services business. Proficient understanding of regulated corporate and fiduciary services in Jersey and/or Guernsey, Cayman, and BVI; familiarity with similar services in the UK or EU is an advantage. Strong knowledge of AML regulations applicable to Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, BVI, and the UK. Ability to work independently, with excellent data organisation, analysis skills, and attention to detail. Excellent written communication skills with a professional and concise style. Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills. Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset.
