Back to ResultsOur retail client is seeking to appoint a Retail Greeter in Guernsey working 37.5 hours per week on a temporary basis until 21 July 2025.
Our client are looking for a candidate who would like to feel connected to future technologies and change, alongside working in a great team.
The ideal individual would have a passion for putting the customer first, previous sales/customer facing experience, the ability to deal with difficult customers, with an enthusiasm for new technology.
In this role you will provide an efficient, professional support service to customers enquiring about purchasing, products and services sold. In addition, duties will involve managing a customer waiting list so all customers are seen by a member of the sales or support team, and ensuring all customers have a clear understanding of how long they may have to wait to be seen. The successful postholder will exude a confidence that will put customers at ease in a friendly and warm demeanour.
