Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Operations and Business Support team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is based in Guernsey and involves supporting operational and compliance functions to ensure effective data handling, regulatory adherence, and administrative coordination. You will be working with teams across the organisation to maintain and enhance internal controls, manage statutory data, and contribute to process standardisation and risk minimisation. Job Duties: Perform company secretarial duties for in-house entities (excluding lead licensee companies) Maintain statutory records for in-house companies Act as administrator of banking platforms and manage related correspondence with banks where introducer status applies Create and manage contact cards on Acumen Assist with sorting and managing unallocated post Prepare RORASQ documentation to meet annual validation deadlines Provide administrative support for maintaining statutory data within Acumen Support pan-island initiatives for data alignment and policy standardisation Assist in collation and reconciliation of data as part of ad hoc projects Conduct regular reconciliation and exception reporting, including weekly Acumen audits, outstanding source of funds, and monthly client due diligence reviews Support the management and submission of Guernsey Registry filings and ensure accuracy of data in Acumen and Registry systems Assist with the annual confirmation statement filing process Undertake additional tasks or projects as requested Job Requirements: Minimum of five years' relevant experience in a similar role Experience with Guernsey company secretarial responsibilities Good working knowledge of Excel and Word Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Analytical mindset with an understanding of operational and AML/CFT risk Awareness of regulatory reporting obligations Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills Proven ability to handle confidential information Collaborative and team-oriented approach What You’ll Love:You will be joining a respected and independent organisation that values every voice and encourages a culture of openness and trust.
