SPRING IS HERE! WE ARE RECRUITING REGISTERED NURSE (RN1/RN3) FULL or PART TIME

NEW POSITION Team Leader / Experienced Senior Carer NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth fl ow of our

Residential Wing (16 beds), which will involve overseeing and participating in

care delivery, supervision and direction of care staff , whilst also

supporting and promoting best practice.

You will have the full support of the Registered Nurse on duty; however, a

degree of autonomy will be expected after satisfactory completion of

your probationary period.

Desirable attributes: an eff ective communicator who enjoys older people

and takes pleasure in promoting their independence and individuality.

This role is designed with family-friendly hours in mind —

typically Monday to Friday 09.00 – 14.00hrs
