Our client is seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to join them on a temporary basis for three months. This full-time contract role will play a critical part in supporting the business with the preparation for and follow-up after a regulatory visit. The successful candidate must have prior experience in compliance, ideally with CMP or CF-level exposure, and be confident working independently with minimal supervision. Job Duties: Assist with the preparation of documentation and evidence ahead of a regulatory visit Support internal teams in collating and reviewing policies, procedures, and controls Identify and address any gaps in compliance documentation or implementation Liaise with key stakeholders to gather required information Ensure all regulatory submissions and requests are tracked and responded to accurately and promptly Provide guidance to staff regarding compliance expectations relevant to the review Support with any post-visit actions or remediation work arising from regulatory feedback Maintain accurate records of all activity related to the project and ensure audit trails are preserved Deliver regular updates on progress to the senior compliance team Job Requirements: Previous experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, particularly within fiduciary or fund administration CMP or CF-level experience (or equivalent seniority in compliance) Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines under pressure Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Confident using standard compliance systems and Microsoft Office tools Available for an immediate or short-notice start What You’ll Love:This is an opportunity to step into a focused, short-term role where your expertise can make an immediate impact.
