Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Senior or Fund Administrator to join their Private Equity Operations team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role involves supporting a major client with a large and diverse investment portfolio across multiple fund products. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and the Investment Advisor to ensure the timely and accurate completion of bespoke client deliverables and fund administration tasks, all while maintaining the highest standards of service. Job Duties: Build and maintain strong relationships with the Investment Advisor and internal stakeholders Assist with the completion of investment administration and respond to ad-hoc queries Monitor team mailboxes and complete tasks allocated by senior team members or management Rotate responsibilities and provide support across the team as required Maintain investment and portfolio records, including purchases, disposals, income receipts, valuations, and restructurings Perform daily cash management duties, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and invoice coding for fund products Support the preparation of regular reporting for client senior management, finance, investor relations, and deal teams Respond to investor and stakeholder queries involving qualitative data Identify and implement process improvements and risk-reduction initiatives Utilise available technology to enhance efficiency and resolve operational issues Maintain robust reporting of operational concerns and support ongoing procedural development Job Requirements: Previous experience in fund administration for private equity, credit, or perpetual funds Working towards or holding a qualification in business or financial services Strong computer literacy with a demonstrated ability to learn new systems; data literacy is an advantage Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and escalate issues when needed Strong client service orientation and effective communication across various channels Collaborative team player with sound problem-solving capabilities What You’ll Love:Our client offers a supportive and collaborative working culture where continuous improvement, professional development, and innovation are encouraged.
