Our client is seeking an experienced Trust professional at Assistant Manager level to join their specialist Crypto and Digital Assets team. This full-time, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a technically complex and evolving area of the financial services industry. With the current Assistant Manager transitioning into more of a team management role, the successful candidate will be focused on technical delivery, client service, and administration rather than line management responsibilities. Job Duties: Manage a diverse portfolio of complex trust and company structures, particularly those with exposure to digital assets Ensure timely and accurate processing of all client transactions and administration Maintain up-to-date statutory records and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations Build strong, professional relationships with clients and intermediaries, acting as a reliable point of contact Assist with the development and implementation of new procedures relating to crypto and digital asset structures Draft and review trustee and company documentation including minutes, resolutions, agreements, and financial statements Monitor client activity for risk and escalate concerns in line with internal policies Provide technical input to support the wider team and promote knowledge sharing Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within the digital assets team as required Job Requirements: Proven experience in trust and corporate administration, ideally at Assistant Manager level or equivalent STEP qualification or other relevant professional certification (or working towards) Strong technical knowledge of trust and company structures, with an interest in digital assets Demonstrable experience handling complex client matters with sound commercial awareness High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently with minimal supervision A proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-evolving sector What You’ll Love:This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-looking team at the forefront of digital asset administration.
