Our client is seeking a Network Operations Administrator to join their Guernsey office on a six-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management and Operations, this full-time role will support the Asset Operations function, assisting the technical administration and LPG Operations teams with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Job Duties: Provide administrative support across the network department Manage purchase orders and invoices Populate the P Output spreadsheet and distribute plant output data Maintain plant output graphs and scan daily round sheets Update ship planning and CV spreadsheets Scan call-out sheets, checklists, visitor logs, and ship discharge paperwork Liaise with suppliers and customers as required Prepare and distribute daily stock sheets Carry out preliminary end-of-month statistics preparation Provide catering arrangements for visitors and meetings Manage incoming phone calls and messages Update internal systems with information on raised and completed jobs Maintain information on internal display boards and notify of road closures Record personal welfare details such as holidays, sickness, and rotas Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies Support the continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes Stay informed on relevant technical innovations Job Requirements: Good IT skills across Microsoft Office and database systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven administration and organisational ability Customer service experience High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Understanding of data protection requirements Proactive problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm under pressure Team-oriented mindset and professional attitude Awareness of health and safety obligations in the workplace What You’ll Love:You will join a supportive and forward-thinking organisation where your administrative expertise contributes directly to operational efficiency.
