Our client is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to support the Financial Intermediary Team, focusing on the development and enhancement of relationships within the Trust and Corporate Service Provider market in Switzerland. This full-time, permanent role requires a candidate with strong relationship-building skills, experience in financial services, and a good understanding of regulatory compliance. You will be expected to travel to Switzerland several times per year and play a central role in promoting the full range of services to clients. Job Duties: Act as the primary point of contact for new account openings and business opportunities Build and manage relationships with trust and corporate service providers in Switzerland Conduct joint meetings with internal colleagues to showcase the Group’s service offering Travel to Switzerland periodically to meet with clients, introducers, and internal stakeholders Identify and promote solutions in lending, foreign exchange, cash management, custody, and investments Maintain ongoing client engagement and support the client entertainment programme Ensure adherence to all relevant Swiss and local regulatory requirements Undertake compliance monitoring, including transaction monitoring and risk assessments Present high-risk client cases to the Business Acceptance Forum Collaborate with business development and onboarding teams to create client strategies and support AML compliance Achieve personal and business development targets in line with the Group’s strategy Monitor and maintain deposit mix and financial performance indicators Job Requirements: Experience in relationship management, sales, or business development within financial services Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities Proven planning and time management skills Good knowledge of treasury, lending, and capital markets products Familiarity with investment instruments including equities, bonds, structured and principal-protected solutions Experience working with regulatory risk within a financial institution Proficient in the account opening process and service delivery High attention to detail and organisational accuracy Ability to self-initiate follow-ups and meet goals with a proactive attitude Commitment to client service and regulatory standards Ideally holds, or is working towards, a relevant industry qualification What You’ll Love:You will be joining a forward-thinking financial institution with a culture that values entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration, and professional growth.
