Our client is seeking candidates from trainee to senior officer level to join their expanding and evolving trust business. This is a permanent, full-time role, offering the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of complex and demanding trusts and companies. The role is suitable for individuals with previous experience in fiduciary services who are looking to develop or continue their careers in a progressive and flexible environment. Job Duties: Administer a portfolio of trusts and companies in accordance with the relevant laws and the terms of the governing documents Ensure the accurate maintenance of statutory records and documentation Draft and prepare documents such as minutes, resolutions, and correspondence Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and third-party service providers in a professional manner Maintain awareness of fiduciary obligations and ensure client entities are managed in compliance with all regulatory requirements Assist with the ongoing review and monitoring of client files to ensure compliance and risk mitigation Support business development and maintain excellent relationships with clients For senior candidates: provide supervision and mentoring to junior team members and assist with their professional development Participate in internal projects and contribute to process improvements where applicable Job Requirements: Previous experience in a trust and company administration role appropriate to the level applied for Good knowledge of fiduciary principles and relevant legislation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities Senior level candidates will ideally be qualified or studying towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP Diploma or other NVQ Level 4 or higher) Familiarity with the professional administration and management of client relationships Ability to contribute to the development and training of junior staff (senior level only) What You’ll Love:You will join a supportive and flexible working environment with an organisation that values professional development and growth.
