Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Email Direct Marketing Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is based in Guernsey and requires applicants to already have the right to live and work there. The successful candidate will play a key part in executing and optimising email campaigns that drive customer retention and revenue across a diverse product portfolio. Job Duties: Support the Senior Email Marketing Manager in the end-to-end execution of email campaigns Collaborate with internal teams to create monthly eDM campaign plans aligned with direct marketing initiatives and brand strategy Ensure consistency of messaging and imagery across email, print, and digital platforms Work closely with the Data Analytics team to target customer segments effectively and act on insights from campaign analysis Develop and brief email campaigns that are relevant, timely, and support commercial objectives Maintain and evolve the email personalisation programme, ensuring content relevance Deliver proofs, implement feedback, and ensure campaigns meet deadlines Code and manage HTML emails, developing templates and improving customer experience Broadcast campaigns via Adobe Campaign and ensure accurate segmentation Provide insights into competitor activity and apply email marketing best practices Take ownership of cross-channel retention projects alongside senior colleagues Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing ongoing feedback and support Manage Irish campaign planning, automation, and performance analysis Coordinate code development and implementation, maintaining relationships with internal teams and service providers Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing environment with exposure to direct marketing Experience in email marketing best practices and campaign execution Background in e-commerce or FMCG environments Degree educated, ideally in marketing or business Ability to supervise and guide junior team members Strong knowledge of direct marketing and data analysis Ability to manage multiple tasks, with excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong communication skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office with high computer literacy Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience using service providers and coordinating across departments Familiarity with Adobe Campaign is desirable An interest in health and nutrition is advantageous What You’ll Love:You’ll join a dynamic business with a market-leading position in the direct-to-consumer health and wellness space.
