Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the cornerstone of board operations, compliance, and corporate governance at group level, working closely with senior executives and shareholders.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing statutory compliance, board governance, and regulatory filings across jurisdictions
Acting as key advisor to the Board and Committees on corporate governance best practice
Leading board calendar planning, meeting logistics, and minute-taking for group entities
Supporting corporate transactions, succession planning, and shareholder communications
