Our client is seeking a Senior Trust and Company Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This full-time position will be based in their Alderney office; however, candidates based in Guernsey who are willing to travel occasionally will also be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for a STEP or ICSA qualified professional to work within a busy environment focused on private client services. The successful candidate will provide high-level support to relationship officers and clients, ensuring a consistently exceptional standard of administration and service delivery. Job Duties: Maintain bookkeeping records and general administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies Prepare statutory documents including minutes, agreements, and trust instruments Liaise directly with clients, intermediaries, and financial institutions Manage the purchase and sale of a wide range of investments and assets, including property transactions Process payments, distributions, invoices, and investment transactions Participate in the investment process and ensure timely and accurate entry of transactions into trust and company records Ensure all client due diligence documentation is current and compliant Prepare detailed client reports Manage and supervise team members as required Job Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in trust and company administration STEP or ICSA qualified Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Ability to prioritise workload independently and adapt to changing business needs Team player with a proactive and flexible approach Strong commitment to continuous learning and regulatory adaptation Good academic background, including GCSE/O Levels in English and Mathematics What You’ll Love:Our client offers years of trusted expertise in assisting international clients with the establishment and administration of complex structures.
