Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced People and Culture Resourcing Senior Administrator to join their team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract based in either Guernsey or Jersey. The successful candidate will provide resourcing and recruitment support to the People and Culture team across multiple jurisdictions, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, candidate attraction, stakeholder engagement, and onboarding processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong HR or recruitment background, preferably within financial services or with transferable experience. Job Duties: Manage the full recruitment process, including CV screening, interviewing and shortlisting Proactively source candidates using social media and other platforms to attract top talent Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future vacancies Maintain and enhance relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners Support the implementation and usage of an applicant tracking system (ATS) across jurisdictions Assist in standardising the recruitment process, including assessment tools and interview methods Monitor and report on recruitment performance metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) Prepare monthly headcount reports and forecasting for senior management Coordinate onboarding and compliance for new hires to ensure smooth integration Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify opportunities for direct hiring Attend local networking events and engage with recruitment communities to enhance market insight Provide generalist support across the HR lifecycle, including DE&I, engagement, communications and L&D Job Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment or HR, ideally within financial services Strong understanding of employment legislation in Guernsey and/or Jersey Technologically proficient, particularly in using recruitment systems and Microsoft applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail, strong organisational ability and multitasking skills Professional, discreet and able to manage confidential information appropriately Proactive problem-solver with a flexible and resourceful approach Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external vendors What You’ll Love:Our client is a forward-thinking financial services provider with a strong commitment to employee development, innovation, and long-term growth.
