Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Senior / Administrator to join their expanding Global Capital Markets team on a permanent basis. Based in Guernsey, this role offers hybrid or onsite working and involves a 36.25-hour week. With continued growth in the client portfolio and increasing demand in the Channel Islands, this is a key opportunity to contribute to the administration of a diverse range of capital markets structures, including SPVs, securitisations, and structured finance entities. Job Duties: Administer a varied portfolio of Capital Markets clients in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Prepare and maintain statutory records, board packs, minutes and resolutions Review and comment on legal documentation and client correspondence Coordinate the incorporation and dissolution of entities, including registry and GFSC filings Liaise proactively with clients to ensure effective service delivery and develop client relationships Schedule board meetings, manage documentation and handle administrative duties Maintain accurate records of legal documentation and communication Monitor and record time spent on client matters for invoicing purposes Support financial and operational targets for the department Pursue professional development through training and qualifications Job Requirements: Experience administering capital markets or similar corporate structures Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks independently Attention to detail and a proactive approach to workload management Good written and verbal communication skills Strong academic background and ambition for career progression Ideally studying towards or holding a relevant professional qualification (CGI, ICSA, STEP, ACCA) Confident using statutory and client databases Flexible and responsive to evolving client and business needs What You’ll Love:You will be joining a high-growth, client-focused environment offering a unique opportunity to work on complex and varied capital markets structures.
