Our client is seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Tax Administrator to join their tax department on a permanent, full-time basis. The role will support the wider team in delivering a full range of local and international tax services, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a progressive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will assist with tax return preparation, compliance duties, tax administration, and liaison with clients and other departments. Job Duties: Liaise with UK offices regarding the preparation of UK Corporation Tax Returns and UK Trust and Estate Returns Prepare Guernsey personal and company tax returns and check assessments as required Assist with compliance matters, including completing checklists and identifying potential tax issues Support automatic exchange of information processes, including FATCA and CRS reporting Help maintain the Register of Overseas Entities Notify clients of tax payments and perform general tax administration Support the team with billing and debt collection tasks Stay up to date with relevant tax issues and updates Work with other team members both within and outside the immediate team Undertake other relevant duties as requested Job Requirements: Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above Effective and confident communication skills Ability to organise a short-term work schedule with support if needed Capability to meet service standards and offer solutions to straightforward problems Positive and committed team player with a strong understanding of client service excellence What You’ll Love:Our client offers a supportive and inclusive working environment where personal and professional development is encouraged.
