Our client is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to join their team on either a permanent or contract basis. Hours are flexible and the remuneration package will be tailored to the successful candidate. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking to work within a dynamic, client-focused environment that delivers tailored solutions across a broad range of private and corporate clients. Job Duties: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers across multiple client entities Process invoices, payments, and receipts in line with internal controls Prepare regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required Support ad hoc finance projects and audits Job Requirements: Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally within a trust, finance or professional services environment Strong working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset What You’ll Love:​​​​​​​Our client offers a supportive and flexible working environment where initiative is encouraged and quality of service is paramount.
