Our client is seeking a Lending Mortgage Specialist to join their front office lending team on a full-time basis. Job Duties: Manage client interactions, responding to queries and reviewing mortgage and loan applications within agreed service levels Provide exceptional client service across email, telephone, and in-person communications Act as a credit advisor, assessing client structures and offering tailored lending solutions Review and renew existing loan facilities Present lending cases to the credit committee Support other Lending Officers with facility approvals and completions Collaborate with Credit Risk, Credit Operations, and other departments to ensure all facilities align with risk strategies Maintain a strong risk culture in lending submissions, product design, and portfolio reviews Make recommendations for continuous improvement in the lending process Contribute to the achievement of lending targets Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance, banking, or lending Willingness to study towards relevant qualifications, such as CeMAP Strong administrative capabilities with attention to detail High levels of speed, accuracy, and reliability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive and co-operative attitude What You’ll Love:Our client offers a dynamic and supportive working environment where personal growth is encouraged and career progression is a priority.
