Our client is seeking a full-time, permanent IT Service Desk Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality IT support across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the European IT Service Desk Manager, this role will act as the first point of contact for technical support queries, providing both remote and on-site assistance for hardware, software, and conferencing services. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and contributing to a strong service culture. Job Duties: Provide first-line IT support for global users via email, telephone, and ticketing systems Ensure a high level of customer service in every user interaction Take ownership of incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction Adhere to IT service desk procedures and ensure compliance with agreed service standards Carry out routine operational tasks and support the setup of meeting rooms and conferencing facilities Provide hardware and software support for users locally and remotely Escalate unresolved or ongoing issues to senior IT staff as required Communicate with the wider IT & Change team to manage support calls and user expectations Maintain service desk records accurately and contribute to process improvement initiatives Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar IT support or service desk role Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and iOS operating systems Able to quickly learn new technologies and systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a genuine interest in IT Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills and professional communication style Confident engaging with users across jurisdictions and levels of seniority Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively Willingness to pursue further professional study and certifications Evidence of personal or professional involvement in IT-related projects or learning What You’ll Love:This role offers the opportunity to work in a global, fast-moving organisation where technology is at the core of operational success.
