Our client is seeking a Management Reporting Analyst to join their team on a full-time basis. This key role will support the effective use of data across the organisation by delivering meaningful insights to both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to data governance, performance monitoring, and informed decision-making through robust analytics, while ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. Job Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for data analysis requests from managers and professionals Administer and maintain databases, ensuring accurate data input and integrity Extract, cleanse and analyse data from clinical and non-clinical systems using tools such as SQL, QlikView, Power BI and Alteryx Present data in creative and audience-specific formats using both qualitative and quantitative sources Monitor ambulance performance metrics and maintain dashboards with a focus on predictive analytics Support clinical governance reviews with accurate data insights into incidents and improvement initiatives Generate reports for audits, board meetings, contract reviews, and internal performance tracking Collaborate with senior management to understand reporting needs and support operational planning Act as a stakeholder in digital transformation projects, contributing to data governance tool development Liaise with multi-agency partners such as emergency services, hospitals, and public health bodies Deliver training in data literacy to staff at all levels and support funding applications with data evidence Contribute to organisational projects by integrating analysis with Finance, IT and other key functions Specify and implement system improvements and automation for more efficient reporting Conduct audits into data quality and produce recommendations for improvement Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR, health and safety, safeguarding, and equality standards Job Requirements: Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; certification in Power BI or Google Data Analytics desirable Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in data analysis within sectors such as healthcare, finance or logistics Strong skills in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Alteryx or Tableau Proven ability to extract insights from complex datasets and present to non-technical audiences Understanding of KPIs, performance metrics and ambulance service indicators desirable Knowledge of data governance, GDPR and healthcare data standards, or willingness to learn Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Able to train and support staff, and communicate effectively across all levels Experience with multi-agency collaboration in public sector settings is advantageous Track record of contributing to digital transformation and improving information systems What You’ll Love:Our client is a trusted and vital emergency response and healthcare provider known for its dedication to service excellence and community care.
