Our client is seeking a Client Services Assistant Director to join their Guernsey office on a full-time basis. This senior-level position involves managing a portfolio of complex trust and company structures while playing a key role in client relationship management, regulatory compliance, and team development. The successful candidate will combine technical fiduciary expertise with leadership skills to help deliver a high standard of service across international client relationships. Job Duties: Manage a portfolio of trust and company structures, overseeing day-to-day administration and transactions Provide strategic oversight and contribute to the continuous improvement of administration processes Maintain strong client and intermediary relationships, ensuring regular communication and service delivery Execute transactions across a range of asset classes, including private equity, marketable securities, and real estate Monitor and review investment performance and liaise with advisers where appropriate Ensure full compliance with Guernsey regulations and internal risk management frameworks Coach and support junior team members, contributing to their ongoing professional development Collaborate with wealth planners and senior management on complex matters and client strategy Job Requirements: Proven experience in trust and company administration, ideally managing large or complex structures Professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, or equivalent Strong understanding of Guernsey fiduciary regulations and the ability to interpret legal, tax, or investment advice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients, advisers, and regulators High level of attention to detail and strong organisational abilities Commercially minded, with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities Willingness to travel as required What You’ll Love:Our client is a globally recognised fiduciary services provider known for its flat hierarchy, inclusive culture, and commitment to excellence.
