Our client, a long-established fiduciary services provider, is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their Guernsey office. This is a full-time position responsible for managing a team of trust administrators and overseeing a portfolio of complex international trust and corporate structures. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in both operational delivery and client development, acting as a key liaison for high-net-worth clients and intermediaries. Occasional travel may be required. Job Duties: Manage a portfolio of international trusts and companies, ensuring high standards of administration Lead and mentor a team of trust administrators, supporting their development and casework Act as the main point of contact for clients, beneficiaries, and intermediaries Coordinate non-routine transactions, engaging with wealth planners and senior management where needed Drive business development from existing clients, their networks, and professional advisers Support training initiatives, service quality improvements, and best practice implementation across teams Deputise for senior management when necessary Represent the firm at client and intermediary meetings both locally and internationally Job Requirements: Significant experience in fiduciary services, with a strong background in trust and company administration Professional qualifications from STEP or the Governance Institute Demonstrated expertise in complex trust and corporate structures Strong technical ability to interpret and apply legal, tax, or investment advice Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire team members Commercially minded with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal High level of responsibility, reliability, and work ethic Strong organisational skills and ability to manage pressure and competing priorities Confidence in networking and developing internal and external business relationships Willingness to travel for business development and relationship management What You’ll Love:Our client offers a dynamic and collaborative working environment where technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit are highly valued.
