Our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their Institutional Fiduciary Team, delivering exceptional service to a multi-billion-pound portfolio of fiduciary clients. This is a full-time role that involves administering complex trust and company structures, with a particular focus on pension trusts, endowments, and ultra-high-value institutions. The successful candidate will bring experience in fund administration and demonstrate a strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilities, client relationship management, and regulatory compliance. Job Duties: Manage a mixed portfolio of company and trust structures on behalf of institutional clients. Liaise with internal stakeholders, advisors, and managers to ensure high-quality client service. Balance client expectations with fiduciary duties and risk management. Prepare and execute board minutes, resolutions, authorised documentation, and payments. Review financial statements and ensure accurate client records and filings. Act as the point of contact for clients and advisors, attending meetings as required. Act as an authorised signatory for the fiduciary structures. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations for fiduciary entities. Document decisions accurately and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with internal fiduciary teams to ensure consistency of service. Contribute to process improvements within the team and wider business. Support service delivery and assist with resolving client-related issues. Job Requirements: Previous experience in fund administration or fiduciary services. Strong knowledge of Guernsey and other relevant regulatory frameworks. Qualified, working towards, or willing to begin STEP or ICSA qualification (or equivalent experience). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong numeracy and IT skills. Highly organised with strong time management and a proactive attitude.
