Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Trust Administrator to join them on a permanent, full-time basis in Guernsey. This role involves the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures for private and corporate clients. The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of client service delivery, maintaining strong relationships while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail and a desire to grow their career in fiduciary services. Job Duties: Administer a portfolio of trust and company structures in accordance with internal procedures Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client entities and transactions Liaise with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis, responding to queries in a timely manner Assist in the preparation of trust and company documentation, including resolutions and minutes Monitor and process payments, distributions, and investment instructions as required Assist with the preparation of regulatory and statutory filings Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and regulatory requirements Maintain good working relationships with banks, investment managers, legal advisors, and other service providers Contribute to internal projects and process improvements where required Provide support to senior administrators and management as needed Job Requirements: Previous experience in trust or company administration is preferred Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Discreet and professional, with a strong sense of confidentiality What You’ll Love:You will be joining a reputable fiduciary business that values its people and offers a clear pathway for career progression.
