Our client is seeking a Business Risk Services Senior to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is focused on helping clients identify, assess, and mitigate business and technology-related risks. The successful candidate will work closely with a variety of clients, applying their knowledge of business processes, risk controls, and data analytics to deliver high-quality assurance and advisory services. Job Duties: Review client business processes, identify risks and assess the design and operating effectiveness of control environments Advise clients on risk mitigation strategies and opportunities for improvement Analyse risks linked to digital systems, cyber security, emerging technologies, IT resilience, artificial intelligence, and transformation programmes Use data analytics to quantify risks and support assurance work Manage a portfolio of client assignments from onboarding through to completion Build and maintain strong client relationships and stay informed on client developments Apply internal policies and ensure work meets ethical and professional standards Supervise and coach junior team members, providing on-the-job training and performance evaluations Monitor work in progress and contribute to billing efficiency Represent the firm professionally and support business development opportunities Maintain relevant professional qualifications and CPD compliance Job Requirements: Relevant accounting or audit qualification Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in assurance, internal audit, or risk and controls advisory Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines with a proactive approach Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated commitment to delivering effective client service What You’ll Love:Our client offers a collaborative, forward-thinking working environment where continuous improvement and professional development are encouraged.
