This is a hands-on role focused on client servicing, onboarding, and daily relationship support — ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background in financial services.
Responsibilities include:Managing day-to-day client servicing and supporting the onboarding of new clients
Receiving and processing client instructions, coordinating with internal teams
Identifying and acting on opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell banking services
Supporting online banking setups and responding to client enquiries
