Our client is seeking a Junior Trust Officer to join their organisation on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an entry-point role into the trust and fiduciary sector, offering excellent training and development opportunities. The role provides exposure to a wide range of tasks and is ideally suited to someone with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn. Job Duties: Assisting with the set-up and maintenance of statutory records Supporting the preparation and recording of director and trustee meetings Assisting with general trust and company administration tasks Supporting the onboarding process for new trust and company structures Conducting open-source media research and assisting with KYC risk screening Helping with statutory and risk reviews for trust and company entities Assisting with trust and company closures Inputting bank payments for authorisation Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping duties Answering and making telephone calls as required Carrying out photocopying, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed Job Requirements: A-Levels at grades A* to B or an undergraduate degree in any subject Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to prioritise work, use initiative, and work independently when required Excellent written English A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment What You’ll Love:You will be part of a supportive and close-knit team committed to your professional development.
