Our client is seeking a Business Platform Support Officer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will support and implement key strategic platform initiatives and projects across the business. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business users and the Business Applications Management team, ensuring seamless system enhancements and process improvements. Job Duties: Investigate and resolve issues raised by the business in a timely and effective manner Liaise between business units and the Business Applications Management team to translate requirements into workable solutions Develop and execute test plans for system changes and upgrades Provide training to end users on new or amended functionality Identify and implement controls to mitigate business and operational risks Recommend and contribute to improvements in operational efficiency Maintain strong internal communication with all departments involved in project delivery Job Requirements: Strong IT skills and technical proficiency At least five years’ experience in business analysis, technical support, or change management roles Proven experience of delivering business support or platform implementation projects Relevant supporting qualifications in business analysis, project delivery, or systems management Willingness to travel as required for project and team needs What You’ll Love:Our client is committed to innovation, operational excellence, and collaboration across international offices.
