Our client is seeking a Trust Administrator to join their Guernsey-based team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will support the administration of a varied portfolio of trust and company clients, assisting with day-to-day tasks and ensuring service delivery is aligned with internal procedures and regulatory expectations. Job Duties: Support the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures Communicate effectively with colleagues and maintain a professional approach with clients Become familiar with the allocated client portfolio and internal procedures Deliver timely and accurate client service across day-to-day administration tasks Liaise with internal teams to gather and process required data and resolve queries Maintain awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements Draft accurate communications including letters, emails, and meeting minutes Adhere to internal controls and policies at all times Manage own time efficiently with awareness of chargeable time Proactively identify issues and escalate them to senior team members as needed Take responsibility for ongoing personal and professional development Work towards agreed training plans and performance objectives Job Requirements: Commitment to a career in trust and company administration Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in high-volume environments Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload independently Strong academic background What You’ll Love:Our client is an independent, privately owned trust company that provides bespoke fiduciary services to an international client base.
