Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Firmwide Risk Senior Associate to join their Risk, Ethics & Compliance function on a permanent, full-time basis. This role can be based in either Jersey or Guernsey and involves 37.5 hours per week. You will work closely with the Firmwide Risk Manager to coordinate a wide range of internal risk management initiatives, frameworks, and reporting obligations across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a genuine interest in enterprise risk management, policy development, and business continuity. Job Duties: Coordinate with functional heads to update the Annual Risk Management Framework Support the reporting and submission process for internal Network Standards Assist with reporting for areas outsourced or aligned to UK operations Prepare the Enterprise Risk Management Programme Network Standards Assessment Oversee updates to the Policy Hub and monitor changes to Network Risk Management Policies Conduct impact assessments for policy changes where required Support administration of the Risk & Quality Committee Contribute to the development and execution of the Enterprise Risk Management programme Assist with the drafting of firm-level and key risk area Risk Appetite Statements Maintain the firmwide risk assessments register and produce monitoring reports Engage regularly with stakeholders to support management of enterprise-level risks Assist with implementation and improvement of the ISO 22301 Programme Serve as alternate Business Continuity Coordinator within the Incident Management Team Support the preparation of the annual Business Continuity Network Standards Assessment Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans and Business Impact Analysis documentation Assist with emergency communication procedures and continuity testing exercises Provide support to the Pillar Lead on ad hoc risk-related projects Job Requirements: A qualification in Risk Management or a related discipline, or willingness to work towards a relevant certification Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated by new challenges Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proven experience in the development and implementation of risk management policies and standards Able to balance decisiveness with collaboration when required Comfortable with independent work and taking initiative Willingness to travel between Jersey and Guernsey quarterly Willing to undertake further training and professional development What You’ll Love:You will be joining a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
