Are you looking to grow your career in compliance and risk management? A respected local firm is seeking a Compliance & Risk Executive to join its Guernsey office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3+ years’ compliance experience - whether from within or outside the fiduciary sector - who brings strong transferable skills and a proactive mindset.
You’ll support senior members of the team in fulfilling core compliance monitoring, CDD review, and regulatory reporting responsibilities while promoting a strong compliance culture across the business.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting in the execution and maintenance of the firm’s Compliance Monitoring Programme
Supporting regulatory reporting and the assessment of control systems
Maintaining compliance registers and reviewing client due diligence (CDD)
Assisting in preparing regulatory returns and compliance training
You will be a strong communicator with analytical thinking and attention to detail, someone who thrives in a collaborative, principled, client-first culture, and has excellent IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint
