Join a leading provider of corporate trustee and pension solutions as an Assistant Manager in their Guernsey office. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced trust or pensions professional—or someone with strong transferable experience—to step into a dynamic, client-facing role supporting international and domestic pension structures.

You will play a key role managing International Pension Plans, QROPS & EFRBS, and liaising with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service and process oversight.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing onboarding and administrative processes across a range of pension and savings plans

  • Drafting minutes and formalising trustee decisions with accuracy and clarity

  • Collaborating with Client Directors and intermediaries to maintain strong client relationships

  • Leading and mentoring junior staff while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies

This role would be ideal for an experienced Assistant Manager, or someone ready to step up into that level. You will have a Trust/fiduciary or pensions background, although candidates with related experience with transferable skills will also be considered. You will also be someone who enjoys being hands-on, solutions-driven, and aligned with strong team values and culture
