Deputy Manager of Care

The Connaught, one of the Bailiwick of Guernsey's leading

care homes, is looking for suitable candidates for the new

role of Deputy Manager of Care within the organisation.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse,

ideally with a good track record of leadership in the

healthcare sector. The new post will involve working

closely with the Manager of Operations, supporting

her in the delivery and development of high-quality

care services, both in the care home and the community.
