Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Administrator to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key compliance responsibilities across a diverse portfolio of real estate and private equity clients, while supporting and mentoring junior colleagues. It’s a hands-on role, ideal for someone ready to build on existing compliance experience and grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Job Duties: Complete complex CDD reviews for multi-level structures Prepare or approve EDD checklists, identifying and mitigating high-risk factors Delegate CDD tasks to junior colleagues with appropriate oversight Provide guidance on counterparty CDD requirements to administration teams Accurately assess screening hits in a timely manner Ensure transaction monitoring is carried out in accordance with policies and procedures Schedule and complete initial and periodic client reviews, maintaining the tracker Prepare CMPs with sufficient supporting detail Assist senior team members in collating information for CO reports and board packs Monitor the GFSC website and draft relevant regulatory updates Identify and summarise regulatory breaches for senior team review Propose corrective actions for breaches and operational errors Manage the new business process through to manager handover Oversee the compliance mailbox and ensure timely task completion Review work completed by junior colleagues, ensuring quality and consistency Handle complex queries and support junior team development Act as main point of contact for day-to-day compliance queries from administration teams Perform any ad hoc duties as necessary Job Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of relevant compliance or AML experience Working towards or holding a relevant AML/compliance qualification (e.g. ICA Certificate or Diploma) Strong understanding of AML requirements and regulatory obligations Confident communicator with excellent organisational and analytical skills Proactive, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach What You’ll Love:Our client provides premium fund administration and accounting services to real estate and private equity clients in a collaborative, leadership-driven environment.
