Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Pensions Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role supports the administration of both local and international pension schemes, with duties focused on either processing or member services. There is flexibility to develop skills across both areas over time. This opportunity is suited to individuals with experience in pensions, funds, trust, or banking, as well as those keen to pursue a professional qualification in the sector. Job Duties: Maintain accurate pension scheme membership records Process pension and benefit payments, as well as expense transactions, using online banking platforms Calculate member benefits in line with scheme rules and regulations Perform bank reconciliations and other financial reconciliations Liaise with clients, banks, and investment managers Respond to pension scheme members with queries and requests (for member services-focused roles) Handle acquisition and liquidation of assets (for processing-focused roles) Arrange for the investment of scheme contributions (for processing-focused roles) Job Requirements: Experience in pension, fund, trust, or banking administration is preferred Higher-level qualifications are desirable Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Willingness to study for a relevant professional qualification (if not already held) Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail Ability to organise and prioritise workloads Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven client service skills What You’ll Love:You will be joining a supportive and flexible working environment with opportunities to broaden your knowledge in pensions administration.
