Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Deputy Manager to join their luxury retail showroom on a permanent, full-time basis. Supporting the Showroom Manager, you will help lead a high-performing team, ensure exceptional client service, and drive commercial success. This role requires a strategic and motivational individual with strong leadership skills and experience in retail management, ideally within the luxury sector. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work with prestigious products and be part of an organisation known for its commitment to quality and excellence. Job Duties: Support the Showroom Manager in leading and motivating the team to drive sales and deliver a luxury sales experience Review sales figures and suggest actions to promote business growth Conduct competitor analysis to support strategic decisions Maintain a high level of client service and ensure consistency across all touchpoints Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members Conduct appraisals and performance reviews in collaboration with the Showroom Manager Facilitate ongoing staff development and coaching Communicate business initiatives clearly and effectively Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures Job Requirements: Proven experience of delivery in a retail environment Previous retail management experience Demonstrable success in sales and client-focused roles Strong people leadership and development capabilities Experience managing operating costs and identifying efficiencies Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office Jewellery and watch product knowledge is desirable External jewellery qualifications would be advantageous Experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred Experience in clienteling or event management would be beneficial What You’ll Love:You will be part of a dynamic and respected luxury retail environment, working with prestigious brands and products in a setting that values excellence, integrity, and community.
