Our client is seeking a Mortgage & Life Advisor to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This sales-focused role involves advising clients on their financial status, recommending suitable mortgage and life insurance products, and preparing applications for approval. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional with a strong client service ethic and proven experience in the mortgage and insurance industry. Job Duties: Advise clients on mortgage and life insurance products, evaluating financial circumstances and recommending appropriate solutions Prepare and submit mortgage and insurance applications in accordance with policies and procedures Liaise directly with clients, stakeholders, and counterparts in other jurisdictions to ensure consistent service delivery Respond to queries from current and prospective clients within qualification scope Provide timely and accurate quotations and issue all documentation efficiently Manage and update client portfolios and activity records on a daily basis Perform general administrative tasks and maintain accurate database records Undertake regular solicitation and maintain strong client relationships Attend meetings with applicants to gather information and answer questions Ensure the best interests of clients are maintained at all times Participate in training programmes and undertake personal development Ensure compliance with all legislation, policies, procedures, and corporate governance standards Support the wider team with a positive attitude and contribute to the effective functioning of the business Carry out additional duties as requested to support operational needs Job Requirements: Proven experience working as a Mortgage Advisor, Life Advisor, or in a similar role Certificate in Finance Services (Cert CII), CeMap, or equivalent qualification Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulation, and internal procedures Demonstrated commitment to self-development and ongoing training Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with various database systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise tasks effectively Capable of working independently and under pressure to meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work What You’ll Love:You will join a client-focused, dynamic environment where your professional expertise will be highly valued.
