Our client is seeking a Trainee Trust Officer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and professional development within a supportive trust and fiduciary environment. You will assist in the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures, gaining exposure to a wide range of jurisdictions and client types, with the opportunity to grow and progress within the organisation. Job Duties: Assist with the day-to-day administration of trusts, companies and other fiduciary structures Draft standard correspondence, minutes and resolutions under supervision Maintain accurate client records and statutory data using internal systems Support with the opening of bank accounts and the processing of payments and investments Liaise with banks, investment managers, legal professionals and other third parties Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements Assist with periodic reviews and risk assessments of client entities Job Requirements: A keen interest in pursuing a career in trust administration Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities A collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification such as STEP What You’ll Love:You will be joining a dynamic and professional trust business that actively supports training and career advancement.
