Our client is offering a rare opportunity to join their conveyancing team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is ideally suited to someone with a minimum of three years' experience in conveyancing, looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment. Strong communication and organisational skills will be essential for success in this position. Job Duties: Assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions Prepare and manage documentation for property sales and purchases Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other legal professionals Conduct relevant property searches and due diligence Maintain and update case management systems and client records Ensure all files are managed in accordance with regulatory and internal compliance requirements Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team as required Job Requirements: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing role Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment Good interpersonal skills and a professional manner Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using legal case management systems A proactive and flexible approach to work What You’ll Love:This is a fantastic chance to become part of a well-established and respected conveyancing team where your experience will be valued and your professional development supported.
