Back to ResultsOur client is seeking an Administrative Executive to join their Corporate team on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to Fee Earners, this role involves providing high-level administrative support across legal, matter management, and business development functions. You will contribute to the smooth running of the department by maintaining records, managing correspondence, assisting with events, and supporting compliance and practice management procedures. Job Duties: Maintain team CPD records and assist with knowledge management Draft correspondence, format documents and agreements to house style, and manage mark-ups Handle incoming calls and messages professionally Scan and file incoming documents; assist with notarial and court filing procedures Prepare bundles and arrange legal documentation for legislation Carry out file opening procedures and conflict check administration Support financial processes including monthly billing, WIP and AR updates Perform Adex administration and time movement tasks Request and submit company searches; manage file closures Provide diary management including meeting scheduling and conference calls Attend team meetings, take minutes, and compile action points Support internal and client event planning from inception to completion Organise travel and schedules for business development trips Manage business development trackers and maintain accurate client records Coordinate attendance lists and logistics for client and colleague events Job Requirements: Prior experience supporting a commercial business in a professional services setting Strong planning, organisational and workload management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Familiarity with marketing and communication platforms Proven event management experience Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels A flexible, proactive approach and strong team ethic Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced document management skills Confident minute-taking and meeting documentation Comfortable working with internal systems and data tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions What You’ll Love: You will be part of a dynamic and respected firm where your organisational and communication skills will directly contribute to the success of the team.
