Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Director to join their Insurance Management team on a permanent, full-time basis. This senior role involves shaping strategic objectives, ensuring exceptional service delivery across a client portfolio, and contributing to business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for regulatory and governance compliance, staff leadership, and supporting the overall growth and reputation of the organisation. Job Duties: Attend board meetings as a Director of client companies Contribute to the strategic objectives and policy development of the organisation Promote the organisation’s professionalism and high standards within the industry Supervise, manage and mentor staff to support team development and business goals Ensure operational compliance with internal procedures and external regulations Provide high-quality client service across an assigned portfolio Ensure client service level agreements and management agreement obligations are met Oversee client compliance with legal, regulatory, corporate governance and risk management standards Collaborate with Compliance Officer, MLCO and MLRO as appropriate Participate in business development and support the acquisition of new clients Job Requirements: Proven leadership experience within the insurance or financial services sector Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and corporate governance frameworks Experience attending board meetings and engaging with senior stakeholders Ability to manage and develop a team, providing clear direction and support Commercially focused with a client-centric approach Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills Track record in business development or client relationship growth What You’ll Love:Our client is a respected insurance management provider with a global presence across Europe, the United States, and offshore domiciles.
